【摘要】：正在臨床中,以慢性腹痛為就診癥狀者較多見,但病因復(fù)雜,部分患者病因診斷不明確,給患者帶來痛苦,同時(shí)也為臨床診治帶來困惑。部分腹痛僅靠實(shí)驗(yàn)室、影像學(xué)及內(nèi)鏡等檢查均無法明確診斷。以往傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)下[1]腹腔探查術(shù)因其創(chuàng)傷大、痛苦多、并發(fā)癥較多、費(fèi)用高和恢復(fù)慢等逐漸被腹腔鏡所取代,腹腔探查已作為診斷不明原因慢性腹痛的重要手段。如何減輕患者痛苦、經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)等,微創(chuàng)內(nèi)鏡技術(shù)已成為臨床研究熱點(diǎn)。經(jīng)胃入路經(jīng)自然腔道內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)(natural
[Abstract]:In clinic, chronic abdominal pain is more common, but the etiology is complicated, some patients' etiology diagnosis is not clear, brings pain to patients, but also brings confusion for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Partial abdominal pain can not be diagnosed by laboratory, imaging and endoscopy. In the past, celiac exploration under traditional operation was gradually replaced by laparoscopy because of its great trauma, more pain, more complications, high cost and slow recovery.
