【摘要】：目的探討腸系膜上靜脈內(nèi)徑在門靜脈高壓性胃腸病(PHGE)診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法用螺旋CT測量并比較30例正常人(對照組)和46例PHGE患者(觀察組)脾靜脈開口下方1.0 cm處腸系膜上靜脈內(nèi)徑,采用ROC曲線分析最佳診斷閾值。結(jié)果觀察組、對照組腸系膜上靜脈內(nèi)徑分別為(1.44±0.37)、(0.99±0.24)cm,觀察組明顯大于對照組,P0.05。通過ROC曲線獲得腸系膜上靜脈內(nèi)徑最佳診斷閾值為1.2 cm,以此閾值診斷PHGE敏感度為88.0%,特異度為83.3%。結(jié)論 PHGE患者腸系膜上靜脈內(nèi)徑增大,測量腸系膜上靜脈內(nèi)徑有助于早期診斷PHGE。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of superior mesenteric vein diameter in (PHGE) diagnosis of portal hypertension gastroenteropathy. Methods the internal diameter of superior mesenteric vein was measured by spiral CT in 30 normal subjects (control group) and 46 patients with PHGE (observation group). The superior mesenteric vein diameter was measured at 1. 0 cm below the opening of splenic vein. The best diagnostic threshold was analyzed by ROC curve. Results the internal diameter of superior mesenteric vein in the observation group and the control group was (1.44 鹵0.37), (鹵0.99 鹵0.24) cm, significantly larger than that in the control group (P 0.05). The optimal diagnostic threshold of superior mesenteric vein diameter was 1.2 cm, by ROC curve. The sensitivity and specificity of the threshold for diagnosis of PHGE were 88.0 and 83.3 respectively. Conclusion the internal diameter of superior mesenteric vein in patients with PHGE is enlarged. Measuring the internal diameter of superior mesenteric vein is helpful for early diagnosis of PHGE..
