【摘要】：目的探討上海市楊浦區(qū)慢性便秘患者對慢性便秘分級診療的認(rèn)知度及其了解情況的影響因素。方法本研究采用抽樣調(diào)查的方法,2016年10月—2017年2月抽取上海市楊浦區(qū)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心2家,三級乙等醫(yī)院1家,采用自制調(diào)查問卷對上海市楊浦區(qū)部分慢性便秘患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查,Cronbach's α系數(shù)為0.768。結(jié)果共發(fā)放問卷240份,回收有效問卷219份,有效回收率91.25%。完全不了解慢性便秘分級診療的患者占48.9%,較了解及了解不多的患者分別占16.9%、34.2%。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,患者的年齡(20~60歲)、文化程度、近1年去社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心就醫(yī)次數(shù)為慢性便秘患者慢性便秘分級診療了解情況的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論上海市楊浦區(qū)慢性便秘患者對分級診療認(rèn)知度低,年齡、文化程度、近1年去社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心就醫(yī)次數(shù)是慢性便秘患者對慢性便秘分級診療了解情況的影響因素。社會及醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)加大對慢性便秘分級診療的宣傳力度,提高患者對社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心的認(rèn)知度,以慢性便秘社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心首診為突破口推進(jìn)慢性便秘分級診療制度的落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the recognition of patients with chronic constipation in Yangpu District, Shanghai and its influencing factors. Methods from October 2016 to February 2017, two community health service centers in Yangpu District, Shanghai, and one Grade B hospital were selected by sampling survey. A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate some patients with chronic constipation in Yangpu District, Shanghai. The Cronbach's 偽 coefficient was 0. 768. Results A total of 240 questionnaires were sent out, 219 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 91.25%. 48.9 patients had no knowledge of chronic constipation grade diagnosis and treatment, while 16.9patients who knew more about chronic constipation had a better understanding and less understanding of the patients with chronic constipation grade diagnosis and treatment, and 16.9patients had 34.2 patients with chronic constipation. The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the age (20 ~ 60 years old), the education level and the number of visits to the community health service center in the past year were the factors influencing the understanding of the patients with chronic constipation (P0.05). Conclusion the low recognition, age, education level of chronic constipation patients in Yangpu District, Shanghai, and the number of visits to the community health service center in the past year are the influencing factors for the patients with chronic constipation to understand the classification diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation. The society and medical institutions should increase the publicity of grading diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation and improve the patients' awareness of the community health service center. The first diagnosis of community health service center for chronic constipation promotes the implementation of classified diagnosis and treatment system of chronic constipation.
