【摘要】：正臨床資料患者男,42歲,以"間歇嘔血8年,經(jīng)頸靜脈肝內(nèi)門體分流術(shù)(TIPS)術(shù)后7個月"為主訴入院。8年前患者飲酒后出現(xiàn)嘔血,于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院救治,診斷為"乙肝肝硬化、門靜脈高壓",予以內(nèi)科保守治療后好轉(zhuǎn)。后患者間歇嘔血5次,于3年前行"脾切除術(shù)"。8個月前因再次嘔血至我院,行TIPS術(shù)治療(術(shù)中支架為裸支架),術(shù)后恢復(fù)良好,不定期復(fù)診。1個月前至我院行彩色多普勒超聲(彩超)檢查提示分流道閉塞,后反
[Abstract]:A 42-year-old male with clinical data was admitted to the hospital for "intermittent hematemesis for 8 years, 7 months after (TIPS) through jugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt". After drinking alcohol eight years ago, the patient developed hematemesis and was treated in a local hospital. "Hepatitis B cirrhosis, portal hypertension" was diagnosed and improved after conservative medical treatment. After 5 times of intermittent hematemesis, "splenectomy" was performed before 3 years. After 8 months of hematemesis, TIPS was performed in our hospital, and the postoperative recovery was good.
