【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)抗幽合劑聯(lián)合四聯(lián)療法對(duì)慢性胃炎合并幽門螺桿菌(Hp)陽性患者Hp根除率的影響。方法將75例慢性胃炎合并Hp陽性患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組、辨證組、抗幽組各25例。對(duì)照組給予西藥四聯(lián)療法(奧美拉唑腸溶膠囊每次20 mg,阿莫西林膠囊每次1g或克拉霉素膠囊每次500 mg,左氧氟沙星片每次200 mg,枸櫞酸鉍鉀沖劑每次220 mg口服,均每日2次);辨證組給予西藥四聯(lián)療法加中醫(yī)辨證論治湯劑口服,每日1劑,每日2次;抗幽組給予西藥四聯(lián)療法加抗幽合劑口服,每日1劑,每日2次。各組均治療14天。分別于治療前后評(píng)價(jià)各組患者主要癥狀評(píng)分、中醫(yī)脾胃疾病患者報(bào)告臨床結(jié)局(PRO)量表評(píng)分,以及血、尿、便常規(guī)和肝功能、腎功能等安全性指標(biāo),并于停藥30天后檢測(cè)各組患者Hp轉(zhuǎn)陰情況。結(jié)果對(duì)照組Hp轉(zhuǎn)陰17例、Hp根除率為68.0%,抗幽組為23例、95.8%,辨證組為19例、76.0%,抗幽組與辨證組Hp根除率均高于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。治療后各組患者主要癥狀積分與PRO量表各癥狀、維度、總分均較治療前顯著明顯降低(P0.05或P0.01),治療后各組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療前后各組安全性指標(biāo)比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論抗幽合劑聯(lián)合西藥四聯(lián)療法能夠提高慢性胃炎合并Hp陽性患者的Hp根除率,并能安全有效地改善患者臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of Kangyou mixture combined with tetralogy on Hp eradication rate in patients with chronic gastritis complicated with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive. Methods 75 patients with chronic gastritis combined with Hp positive were randomly divided into control group, syndrome differentiation group and anti-Youyou group. The control group was treated with western medicine tetralogy (omeprazole enteric-coated capsule 20 mg, amoxicillin capsule 1 g / time or clarithromycin capsule 500 mg, levofloxacin tablet 200 mg, bismuth potassium citrate granules for 220 mg). Twice a day); The syndrome differentiation group was given western medicine combined with TCM syndrome differentiation decoction once a day, and the anti-Youyou group was given western medicine quadruple therapy plus anti-you mixture, 1 dose daily, 2 times a day. All groups were treated for 14 days. The main symptoms of each group were evaluated before and after treatment, the (PRO) score of clinical outcome was reported by TCM patients with spleen and stomach disease, and the safety indexes such as blood, urine, stool routine, liver function, renal function, etc. After 30 days of withdrawal, the Hp of the patients in each group was detected. Results in the control group, 17 cases of Hp turned negative, the eradication rate of Hp was 68.0, the anti-Youyou group was 23 cases, 95.8 cases, and the syndrome differentiation group was 19 cases, 76.0%. The eradication rate of Hp in the anti-Youyou group and syndrome differentiation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.01). After treatment, the main symptom score and PRO scale symptoms, dimensions, total scores were significantly lower than before treatment (P0.05 or P0.01), there was no significant difference between groups after treatment (P0.05). Before and after treatment, there was no significant difference in safety indexes between groups (P0.05). Conclusion the combination of Kangyou mixture and western medicine can improve the Hp eradication rate of patients with chronic gastritis and Hp positive patients, and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients safely and effectively.
