【摘要】：目的了解河南省周口市1-74歲乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒感染狀況,評(píng)價(jià)乙肝疫苗(HepB)免疫策略的實(shí)施效果。方法采用多階段隨機(jī)抽樣方法,抽取2個(gè)縣2 084名1-74歲人群進(jìn)行調(diào)查和采集血標(biāo)本,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)檢測乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、抗乙肝病毒表面抗原抗體(Anti-HBs)、抗乙肝病毒核心抗原抗體(Anti-HBc)。結(jié)果在2 084名調(diào)查對(duì)象中HBsAg、Anti-HBs、Anti-HBc標(biāo)化陽性率分別為5.26%、56.59%和44.72%。1-4歲人群HBsAg陽性率為1.45%,1-14歲人群HBsAg陽性率為1.76%;分別比1999年調(diào)查結(jié)果下降了60.27%、76.47%。結(jié)論周口市HepB納入免疫規(guī)劃后兒童HBV感染顯著下降;仍應(yīng)加強(qiáng)5歲兒童HepB接種工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection status of hepatitis B virus (HBV) from 1 to 74 years old in Zhoukou City, Henan Province, and to evaluate the effect of hepatitis B vaccine (HepB) immunization strategy. Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was used to investigate and collect blood samples from 2084 people aged 1-74 years in 2 counties. Elisa was used to detect hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg),). Anti hepatitis B surface antigen antibody (Anti-HBs), anti hepatitis B virus core antigen antibody (Anti-HBc). Results the positive rates of HBsAg,Anti-HBs,Anti-HBc standard were 5.266.59% and 44.722.1-4 years old, respectively. The positive rate of HBsAg was 1.450.The positive rate of HBsAg between 1-14 years old was 1.76. Compared with the results of the 1999 survey, respectively, there was a decrease of 60.27% and 76.47%. Conclusion the HBV infection of children in Zhoukou City decreased significantly after HepB was included in the immunization program, and the HepB vaccination in children aged 5 years should be strengthened.
