【摘要】：為探討α1-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)糖鏈改變對(duì)乙型肝炎相關(guān)肝硬化的診斷與臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值,我們研究了239例慢性乙型肝炎及乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,所有患者進(jìn)行肝功能、血常規(guī)、B超、FibroScan等檢查,同時(shí)測(cè)定血清α1-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)特定糖鏈改變指標(biāo)LecT-Hepa,分析其對(duì)乙肝肝硬化的診斷價(jià)值。結(jié)果顯示LecT-Hepa與FibroScan值呈正相關(guān)(r=0.556,P0.001)。AGP值隨慢性乙型肝炎和肝纖維化的進(jìn)展而升高,在ALT正常組和升高組中分布無(wú)明顯差別(P=0.160),研究結(jié)果顯示LecT-Hepa不受肝臟炎癥程度的影響,是比較可靠的早期評(píng)估慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化的無(wú)創(chuàng)性標(biāo)志物,具有較好的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the diagnostic value and clinical application value of 偽 1-acidic glycoprotein (AGP) sugar chain changes in patients with hepatitis B related cirrhosis, we studied the liver function and blood routine in 239 patients with chronic hepatitis B and hepatitis B cirrhosis. The diagnostic value of B-ultrasound, FibroScan and LecT-Hepa, in the diagnosis of hepatitis B cirrhosis was analyzed by detecting serum 偽 1-acidic glycoprotein (AGP) specific sugar chain change index (LecT-Hepa,) at the same time. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between LecT-Hepa and FibroScan (r = 0.556). AGP), but no significant difference was found in the distribution of ALT between normal group and elevated group (P0. 160), and the). AGP value increased with the progression of chronic hepatitis B and hepatic fibrosis. The results show that LecT-Hepa is not affected by the degree of liver inflammation and is a reliable noninvasive marker for the early assessment of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis and has good clinical application value.
