【摘要】：目的分析雙重濾過血漿置換(DFPP)治療高脂血癥性急性胰腺炎(HLAP)的療效、安全性以及對(duì)病情進(jìn)展的影響。方法回顧性分析住院的HLAP患者64例,分兩組,傳統(tǒng)治療組32例,只接受傳統(tǒng)的內(nèi)科治療;DFPP組32例,在內(nèi)科傳統(tǒng)治療基礎(chǔ)上給予DFPP治療,比較治療后兩組患者的急性生理和慢性健康狀況評(píng)分Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)、血清三酰甘油(TG)濃度以及禁食時(shí)間和住院時(shí)間。結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)治療組比較,DFPP組APACHEⅡ評(píng)分降低,血清TG濃度顯著下降,禁食時(shí)間和住院時(shí)間明顯縮短(P0.05)。結(jié)論 DFPP可以迅速降低HLAP患者血清TG濃度,顯著改善臨床癥狀,是治療HLAP快速、有效、安全的方法。
