【摘要】：正膽汁淤積性肝病是一組以膽汁淤積為主要表現(xiàn)的臨床常見(jiàn)疾病。近年來(lái),對(duì)該病的診斷治療取得迅速進(jìn)展。繼《膽汁淤積性肝病診斷治療專家共識(shí)》2009版及2013版之后,近2年膽汁淤積性肝病診斷治療的資料進(jìn)一步積累,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)死亡總結(jié)分析,形成了《膽汁淤積性肝病診斷治療專家共識(shí):2015年更新》。1膽汁淤積性肝病的藥物治療新增TUDCA TUDCA是�；撬崤c熊去氧膽酸(UDCA)的結(jié)合形式,為人膽汁中天然存在的親水性膽汁酸,是熊去氧膽酸的生理活性形式,參與"腸肝循環(huán)",在回腸末端通過(guò)主動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)方式被吸收利用。口服TUDCA相對(duì)于UDCA能被更好地富集,可以更有效地促進(jìn)膽汁池的親水性轉(zhuǎn)化,保護(hù)肝實(shí)質(zhì)細(xì)胞和膽管細(xì)胞。
[Abstract]:Positive cholestatic liver disease is a common clinical disease characterized by cholestasis. In recent years, rapid progress has been made in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. After the consensus of experts on diagnosis and treatment of cholestatic liver disease (2009 and 2013), the data of diagnosis and treatment of cholestatic liver disease in the last two years were further accumulated, and the death data were summarized and analyzed. A consensus among experts on the diagnosis and treatment of cholestatic liver disease: update 2015. 1 the new drug therapy for cholestatic liver disease added TUDCA is a combination of taurine and ursodeoxycholate (UDCA), a hydrophilic bile acid that naturally exists in human bile. Ursodeoxycholic acid is the physiological form of ursodeoxycholic acid, which participates in the "enterohepatic circulation" and is absorbed and utilized in the ileum terminal by active transport. Oral TUDCA can be enriched better than UDCA, which can promote hydrophilic transformation of bile pool and protect hepatic parenchyma cells and bile duct cells.
