UC患者體內(nèi)PLT、MPV和D-D水平變化與患者患病的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的觀察潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(UC)患者的PLT、MPV和D-D水平,分析其與胃腸激素水平和炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平的相關(guān)性。方法回顧性分析2014年6月至2016年8月在本院接受治療的潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者的臨床資料,根據(jù)其疾病分期分為活動(dòng)期和緩解期,同時(shí)選取50例健康成年人作為對(duì)照組。觀察三組PLT、MPV和D-D、炎癥細(xì)胞因子和胃腸激素水平的差異,分析PLT、MPV和D-D水平與炎癥細(xì)胞因子和胃腸激素水平的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果三組PLT、MPV和D-D水平存在明顯差別:PLT和D-D水平由高到低分別為活動(dòng)期組、穩(wěn)定期組和對(duì)照組,MPV水平由高到低分別為對(duì)照組、穩(wěn)定期組和活動(dòng)期組;三組的IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α等細(xì)胞因子水平由高到低分別為活動(dòng)期組、穩(wěn)定期組和對(duì)照組;三組的GAS、VIP和MOT水平由高到低分別為對(duì)照組、穩(wěn)定期組和活動(dòng)期組;PLT和D-D與IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α等炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平正相關(guān),與GAS、VIP和MOT負(fù)相關(guān),MPV與IL-6、IL-10和TNF-α等炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平負(fù)相關(guān),與GAS、VIP和MOT正相關(guān)。結(jié)論 UC活動(dòng)期患者的PLT和D-D水平水平較高,MPV水平較低,且與患者的炎癥細(xì)胞因子和胃腸激素水平密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the levels of PLT,MPV and D D in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and to analyze their correlation with the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory cytokines. Methods the clinical data of patients with ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the stages of ulcerative colitis, the patients were divided into active stage and remission stage. 50 healthy adults were selected as control group. The levels of PLT,MPV, D-D, inflammatory cytokines and gastrointestinal hormones in the three groups were observed, and the correlation between PLT,MPV and D-D levels and inflammatory cytokines and gastrointestinal hormones was analyzed. Results there were significant differences in the levels of PLT,MPV and D-D among the three groups: the levels of PLT and D-D from high to low were active group, stable group and control group, and MPV level from high to low were control group, stable group and active phase group; The levels of cytokines such as IL-6,IL-10 and TNF- 偽 in the three groups from high to low were the active phase group, the stable phase group and the control group, and the GAS,VIP and MOT levels of the three groups were the control group from high to low, respectively. PLT and D-D were positively correlated with the levels of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6,IL-10 and TNF- 偽, GAS,VIP and MOT, MPV and IL-6,IL-10 and TNF- 偽, GAS,VIP and MOT. Conclusion the levels of PLT, D-D and MPV in patients with active UC are higher and lower, and are closely related to the levels of inflammatory cytokines and gastrointestinal hormones.
