【摘要】：目的：分析酒精性肝硬化患者血清脂聯(lián)素水平檢測(cè)的意義。 方法：選取金鄉(xiāng)人民醫(yī)院感染科2013年4月-2013年12月住院肝硬化病人78例。其中酒精性肝硬化患者43例,按child-Pugh分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)再分為：1.肝功能A級(jí)9人,2.肝功能B級(jí)21人,3.肝功能C級(jí)13人：乙肝肝硬化患者35例；健康對(duì)照者20例。采用酶聯(lián)免疫法測(cè)定脂聯(lián)素,自動(dòng)生化分析儀測(cè)定肝功能,化學(xué)發(fā)光法檢測(cè)肝纖維化指標(biāo),分析酒精性肝硬化患者血清脂聯(lián)素水平的變化以及脂聯(lián)素水平與肝功能、肝纖維化指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果：與健康對(duì)照組比較,乙肝肝硬化患者血清脂聯(lián)素水平無明顯變化(p0.05)；酒精性肝硬化組脂聯(lián)素水平明顯高于對(duì)照組(p0.05),并且隨著肝硬化逐漸加重,脂聯(lián)素水平從Child-Pugh A級(jí)至C級(jí)呈依次遞增趨勢(shì)。(p0.05或0.01)。酒精性肝硬化患者血清脂聯(lián)素水平與PC-III(r=628)、LN(r=563)、C-IV (r=602)、 HA (r=587)、TBIL (r=0.412)呈正相關(guān)(p0.05),與ALB呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.609,p0.05)。 結(jié)論：酒精性肝硬化患者血清脂聯(lián)素水平明顯升高。且隨肝硬化逐漸加重,脂聯(lián)素水平依次遞增。脂聯(lián)素水平與PC-Ⅲ、LN、C-Ⅳ、HA、TBIL呈正相關(guān),與ALB呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the significance of serum adiponectin level in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis. Methods: 78 inpatients with liver cirrhosis from April 2013 to December 2013 in Jinxiang people's Hospital infection Department were selected. Among them, 43 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis were subdivided according to child-Pugh classification standard: 1. Liver function A grade 9, 2.
