【摘要】：正患者女,25歲,因"間斷左下腹疼痛2個月"入院。查體:輕度貧血貌。實驗室檢查:血白細胞1.91×10~9/L,紅細胞3.44×10~(12)/L,血紅蛋白87g/L,血小板87×10~9/L;谷氨酸氨基轉移酶83 U/L,天冬氨酸氨基轉移酶135 U/L,血氨71μmol/L。超聲檢查肝臟未見異常,腸間隙可見腫大淋巴結,脾大。腸鏡
[Abstract]:The 25-year-old patient was admitted to hospital because of 2 months of intermittent pain in her left lower abdomen. Physical examination: mild anemia appearance. Laboratory tests: blood leukocytes 1.91 脳 10 ~ 9 / L, red blood cells 3.44 脳 10 ~ (12) / L, hemoglobin 87 g / L, platelets 87 脳 10 ~ (9) / L; glutamate aminotransferase 83 / L; aspartate aminotransferase 135 U / L; blood ammonia 71 渭 mol/L. Ultrasound examination of the liver no abnormal, intestinal space can be seen enlarged lymph nodes, splenomegaly. Enteroscopy
