【摘要】：正患者女,25歲,因"間斷左下腹疼痛2個(gè)月"入院。查體:輕度貧血貌。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:血白細(xì)胞1.91×10~9/L,紅細(xì)胞3.44×10~(12)/L,血紅蛋白87g/L,血小板87×10~9/L;谷氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶83 U/L,天冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶135 U/L,血氨71μmol/L。超聲檢查肝臟未見異常,腸間隙可見腫大淋巴結(jié),脾大。腸鏡
