【摘要】：正黃斑瘤(xanthelasma)又稱為黃色瘤(xanthoma)或類脂島(lipid island),在消化道食管、胃、小腸、結(jié)腸均有發(fā)生~([1-3])。黃斑瘤是一種良性病變,黏膜固有層檢出泡沫樣細胞是其典型特征~([4])。這種細胞又稱為黃色瘤細胞,是含有脂質(zhì)的組織細胞或巨噬細胞。胃是消化道黃斑瘤最常見的病變部位,但是由于發(fā)病率低,相關的文獻報道并不多見,它的發(fā)病機制和臨床意義
[Abstract]:Normal macular tumor (xanthelasma) is also called xanthoma (xanthoma) or lipoid island (lipid island),. There are ~ (1-3) in esophagus, stomach, small intestine and colon of digestive tract. Macular tumor is a kind of benign disease. Foam like cells in the lamina propria of the mucous membrane are the typical characteristics of macular tumor. This cell, also known as xanthoma cells, is a histocyte or macrophage containing lipid. The stomach is the most common lesion of digestive tract macular tumor. However, due to the low incidence rate, the related literature reports are rare, its pathogenesis and clinical significance are rare.
