正二十八烷醇抑制DSS誘導的小鼠結(jié)腸炎癥及其分子機理

【摘要】:以3%葡聚糖硫酸鈉(DSS)為誘導劑,建立ICR小鼠結(jié)腸炎癥模型,評估二十八烷醇的抗炎功效與分子機理。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):二十八烷醇能顯著改善結(jié)腸炎癥小鼠的健康狀況,減少DAI評分,減輕病理組織的損傷,改善炎癥相關生化指標。RT-qPCR分析發(fā)現(xiàn),二十八烷醇可使結(jié)腸組織前體炎癥因子TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和iNOS等基因mRNA表達水平降低,Westem blot分析進一步證實了二十八烷醇抑制炎癥因子蛋白表達水平的功效。
[Abstract]:The model of colitis in ICR mice was established with 3% sodium dextran sulfate (DSS) as inducer, and the anti-inflammatory effect and molecular mechanism of 28 alkanol were evaluated. The results showed that 28 alkanol could significantly improve the health status of mice with colitis, reduce the DAI score, alleviate the injury of pathological tissue, and improve the biochemical index related to inflammation. RT-qPCR analysis showed that: 1. 28 alkanol could reduce the expression level of mRNA such as TNF- 偽, IL-1 尾, IL-6 and iNOS in colon tissue. The analysis of blot further confirmed the effect of 28 alkanol on inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factor protein.
