【摘要】：目的探討幽門螺桿菌陽性與陰性胃潰瘍患者口腔衛(wèi)生的差異,為消化系統(tǒng)疾病的治療提供干預(yù)依據(jù)。方法選取60例Hp陽性胃潰瘍患者和60例Hp陰性胃潰瘍患者,采用牙齦指數(shù)(GI)、口腔衛(wèi)生指數(shù)(OHI-S)及牙菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)比較兩者口腔衛(wèi)生狀況。結(jié)果 Hp陽性胃潰瘍患者GI、DI-S、CI-S和PLI評分分別為(2.52±0.38)分、(2.59±0.31)分、(2.65±0.45)分和(2.15±0.46)分,Hp陰性胃潰瘍患者GI、DI-S、CI-S和PLI評分分別為(1.68±0.23)分、(1.85±0.22)分、(1.91±0.36)和(1.62±0.27),差異均具有顯著性統(tǒng)計學(xué)(t分別為15.079、9.947、14.648、7.697,P均0.01)。結(jié)論 Hp陽性胃潰瘍患者口腔衛(wèi)生差于Hp陰性患者,Hp可作為口腔疾病與胃潰瘍共同致病因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of oral hygiene between Helicobacter pylori positive and negative gastric ulcer patients and to provide intervention basis for the treatment of digestive system diseases. Methods the oral hygiene status of 60 patients with HP positive gastric ulcer and 60 patients with HP negative gastric ulcer were compared by (GI), oral health index (OHI-S) and dental plaque index (PLI). Results in patients with HP positive gastric ulcer, the scores of GIDI-SnCI-S and PLI were (2.52 鹵0.38), (2.59 鹵0.31), (2.65 鹵0.45) and (2.15 鹵0.46), respectively. The scores of GII-SI-S and PLI in patients with HP negative gastric ulcer were (1.68 鹵0.23), (1.85 鹵0.22), (1.91 鹵0.36) and (1.62 鹵0.27), respectively. Conclusion the oral hygiene of HP positive gastric ulcer patients is worse than that of HP negative patients.
