肝病患者血清鐵蛋白水平與肝臟炎癥程度及肝病類型的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的分析血清鐵蛋白(SF)水平與肝病類型及肝臟炎癥程度的關(guān)系。方法選取203例入院時SF升高的急慢性肝病患者,采用全自動生化分析儀檢測患者清晨空腹血清丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)、天門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB),同時采用免疫比濁法檢測SF、絡(luò)合法測定血清鐵(SI),分析SF、SI與肝功能炎癥指標相關(guān)性,及SF、SI在不同類型肝病、不同程度肝臟炎癥患者中的變化特點。結(jié)果 SF、SI與ALT、AST均呈正相關(guān)(P均0.01),SF與ALB呈負相關(guān)(P0.01)。SF水平在戊型肝炎、藥物性肝炎、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎患者中依次升高(χ2=13.551,P0.01),ALT、AST的升高程度同SF一致;SI在不同類型肝病患者之間的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。SF在急性肝炎與肝衰竭中的升高水平較慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌患者明顯;SI在肝癌患者表達量最低,其余四組之間的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 SF與肝臟炎癥程度正相關(guān),在丙肝及肝衰竭患者中,SF比ALT、AST更能反映患者的病情。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between serum ferritin (SF) level and liver disease type and liver inflammation. Methods 203 patients with acute and chronic liver disease with elevated SF were selected. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), albumin (ALB),) and serum iron (SI),) were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer and immunoturbidimetric assay respectively. Correlation of functional inflammation index, The changes of SFSI in patients with different liver diseases and different degree of liver inflammation. Results there was a positive correlation between SF and alt AST (P0.01). There was a negative correlation between SF and ALB (P0.01) .SF levels were negatively correlated with hepatitis E, drug-induced hepatitis and hepatitis B. In the patients with hepatitis C, the level of alt AST increased in turn (蠂 2 / 13.551 / P0.01). There was no significant difference between SF and SF in different types of liver diseases (P0.05). The level of SF in acute hepatitis and liver failure was higher than that in chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. The expression of SI was the lowest in HCC patients, but there was no significant difference among the other four groups (P0.05). Conclusion SF is positively correlated with the degree of liver inflammation, and SF can reflect the disease more than alt AST in patients with hepatitis C and liver failure.
