【摘要】：目的探討非糜爛性反流病(NERD)患者食管上皮細(xì)胞鈣黏蛋白(E-cadherin)的表達(dá)變化及細(xì)胞間隙的改變。方法采用免疫組化染色法檢測(cè)43例份NERD食管下段上皮組織與26例正常食管下段上皮組織中的Ecadherin,在光鏡下觀察切片并采集圖像,采用圖像分析系統(tǒng)測(cè)量細(xì)胞間隙。結(jié)果 E-cadherin在NERD食管上皮組織中異常表達(dá)36例(失表達(dá)4例、不完整性表達(dá)32例),異常表達(dá)率83.7%;在正常食管上皮組織中異常表達(dá)5例(失表達(dá)0例、不完整性表達(dá)5例),異常表達(dá)率19.2%;二者相比,P0.01。NERD患者食管鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞間隙[(1.23±0.04)μm]大于正常食管鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞間隙[(0.68±0.06)μm],二者相比,P0.01。結(jié)論 E-cadherin在NERD患者食管上皮組織中低表達(dá),導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞間隙增寬,可能是NERD發(fā)病的機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of cadherin (E-cadherin) and the change of intercellular space in esophageal epithelial cells from patients with non erosive reflux disease (NERD). Methods E-cadherin in 43 cases of lower esophageal epithelium of NERD and 26 cases of normal lower esophageal epithelium were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The sections were observed under light microscope and the images were collected. The intercellular space was measured by image analysis system. Results the abnormal expression of E-cadherin was found in 36 cases (4 cases lost expression, 32 cases incomplete expression) in NERD esophagus, and 5 cases (0 cases) in normal esophageal epithelium, the abnormal expression rate was 83.7%. The abnormal expression rate was 19.2% in 5 cases of incomplete expression, and the gap of esophageal squamous epithelium [(1.23 鹵0.04) 渭 m] in patients with P0.01.NERD was higher than that in normal esophageal squamous epithelium [(0.68 鹵0.06) 渭 m], and the difference between the two groups was (0.68 鹵0.06) 渭 m. Conclusion the low expression of E-cadherin in esophageal epithelium of NERD patients may be one of the mechanisms of NERD.
