【摘要】：目的評(píng)估復(fù)合微孔多聚糖止血粉在非靜脈曲張性消化道出血內(nèi)鏡治療中應(yīng)用的安全性及效果。方法回顧性分析2年間該院聯(lián)合使用復(fù)合微孔多聚糖止血粉進(jìn)行止血的非靜脈曲張性消化道出血35例。結(jié)果 35例患者經(jīng)聯(lián)合使用復(fù)合微孔多聚糖止血粉噴灑止血后全部止血成功,全部患者經(jīng)皮血氧飽和度、心率等生命體征平穩(wěn),未出現(xiàn)過敏、炎癥加重、遲發(fā)性出血等并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論聯(lián)合使用復(fù)合微孔多聚糖止血粉在非靜脈曲張性消化道出血內(nèi)鏡治療中安全有效,快速止血,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety and efficacy of microporous polyglycan hemostatic powder in endoscopic treatment of non-varicose gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 35 cases of non-varicose gastrointestinal bleeding who were treated with microporous polysaccharide hemostatic powder in our hospital during the past 2 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results all the 35 patients were successfully hemostatic after spraying with compound microporous polyglycan hemostatic powder. The vital signs such as blood oxygen saturation and heart rate were stable, no allergic reaction, aggravated inflammation, delayed hemorrhage and other complications were found in all the patients. Conclusion combined use of microporous polyglycan hemostatic powder is safe and effective in endoscopic treatment of non-varicose gastrointestinal bleeding, and it is worth popularizing.
