【摘要】：目的觀察無(wú)痛腸鏡術(shù)前不同時(shí)間口服復(fù)方聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散劑進(jìn)行腸道準(zhǔn)備的清腸效果和舒適性。方法收集消化內(nèi)科住院期間173例行無(wú)痛結(jié)腸鏡檢查患者的資料,根據(jù)口服復(fù)方聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散劑的時(shí)間不同分為3組,A組檢查前1天22:00服用4盒,檢查時(shí)間為當(dāng)天8∶30~10∶30。B組檢查前1天20∶00服用1盒,檢查當(dāng)天5∶00服用3盒,檢查時(shí)間為當(dāng)天10∶30~12∶30。C組檢查前1天20∶00服用1盒,檢查當(dāng)天7∶00服用3盒,檢查時(shí)間為當(dāng)天13∶30~15∶30。比較3組患者結(jié)腸準(zhǔn)備質(zhì)量,并評(píng)估患者舒適度。結(jié)果 A、B和C組結(jié)腸準(zhǔn)備清潔充分率分別為61.4%、78.7%和72.7%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.111),3組患者主觀舒適度比較,B、C組患者腸道準(zhǔn)備中舒適度優(yōu)于A組,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率偏低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.036),但B組與C組患者在腸道準(zhǔn)備中舒適度差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.921)。結(jié)論無(wú)痛腸鏡術(shù)前3種不同時(shí)間口服復(fù)方聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散劑對(duì)腸道清潔度無(wú)影響,但分次口服聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散劑比單次服用不良反應(yīng)小,患者容易接受,是比較理想、安全的無(wú)痛結(jié)腸鏡前腸道準(zhǔn)備方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect and comfort of intestinal preparation by taking compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder at different time before painless endoscopy. Methods 173 patients with painless colonoscopy were collected and divided into 3 groups according to the time of taking compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder. Four boxes were taken at 22:00 one day before the examination in group A. The inspection time is 1 box at 20:00 the day before the examination in group 8: 30, 10: 30.B, and 3 boxes at 5:00 on the same day. The inspection time is 1 box at 20:00 the day before the examination in group C, and 3 boxes at 20:00 on the day of inspection. The inspection time is 13: 30, 15: 30, the same day. The colonic preparation quality was compared among the 3 groups and the comfort of the patients was evaluated. Results the clean adequacy rates of colon preparation were 61.4% and 72.7% in group A and C, respectively. There was no significant difference in subjective comfort between group B and group C, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in group B than in group A. The difference was statistically significant (P0. 036), but there was no significant difference between group B and group C in intestinal preparation (P0. 921). Conclusion three kinds of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder at different time before painless endoscopy have no effect on intestinal cleanliness, but the adverse reaction of taking polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder at different times is less than that of single dose, and it is more acceptable to the patients. Safe painless bowel preparation before colonoscopy.
