【摘要】：目的:探索慢性胃炎中醫(yī)證型與胃鏡像分布規(guī)律及兩者之間的關(guān)系,從微觀領(lǐng)域證明中醫(yī)宏觀辨證論治的科學(xué)性,完善其中醫(yī)辨證理論體系,為慢性胃炎的臨床診斷、治療及科研提供更多的客觀依據(jù)。方法:選取2016年10月—2017年2月到甘肅省中醫(yī)院脾胃病科門診就診并符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的203例慢性胃炎患者,收集患者一般資料、中醫(yī)四診信息、胃鏡像表現(xiàn),用中醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)辨證方法對患者進(jìn)行辨證分型,用Excel軟件對收集的資料進(jìn)行初步整理,采用SSPS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理。結(jié)果:1、脾胃虛寒型以萎縮性胃炎為主。2、脾胃濕熱型以伴胃黏膜糜爛為主。3、伴膽汁反流多見于肝胃郁熱型或肝郁氣滯型。結(jié)論:慢性胃炎中醫(yī)證型與胃鏡像表現(xiàn)存在一定的相關(guān)性和內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,其胃鏡像表現(xiàn)可作為中醫(yī)辨證論治的客觀依據(jù),并用于指導(dǎo)臨床科學(xué)研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between TCM syndrome types of chronic gastritis and gastroscopy and the relationship between them, to prove the scientific nature of macroscopical syndrome differentiation and to perfect the theoretical system of TCM syndrome differentiation in order to make the clinical diagnosis of chronic gastritis. Treatment and scientific research provide more objective basis. Methods: from October 2016 to February 2017, 203 patients with chronic gastritis were selected from outpatient department of spleen and stomach of Gansu Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and received general information of patients, information of four diagnoses of traditional Chinese medicine, and mirrored appearance of stomach. The traditional methods of TCM syndrome differentiation were used to classify the symptoms and signs of the patients, the collected data were preliminarily sorted by Excel software, and the data were treated statistically by SSPS17.0 statistical software. Results at 1: 1, atrophic gastritis was the main type of spleen and stomach deficiency cold, and dampness and heat of spleen and stomach with gastric mucosal erosion. 3. Bile regurgitation was more common in the type of stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach or in the type of stagnation of qi and qi in the liver and stomach. Conclusion: there is a certain correlation and internal relation between TCM syndromes of chronic gastritis and the manifestation of gastroscope image, which can be used as the objective basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and can be used to guide clinical scientific research.
