【摘要】：隨著肥胖、2型糖尿病、代謝綜合征等疾病發(fā)病率的增加,非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)全球患病率也逐年遞增.其發(fā)病機(jī)制較為復(fù)雜,通常伴隨著胰島素抵抗、脂代謝紊亂、脂毒性凋亡、炎癥反應(yīng)失調(diào)等現(xiàn)象.本文著重對(duì)脂代謝紊亂在NAFLD中的作用及其機(jī)制進(jìn)行了綜述,同時(shí)對(duì)細(xì)胞脂毒性、胰島素抵抗及腸道菌群紊亂在其中的作用也進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要描述,旨在為NAFLD的預(yù)防和治療提供新思路.
[Abstract]:With the increasing incidence of obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome, the global prevalence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is increasing year by year. Its pathogenesis is complicated, usually accompanied by insulin resistance, lipid metabolism disorder, lipotoxicity apoptosis, inflammatory reaction disorders and so on. In this paper, the role and mechanism of lipid metabolism disorder in NAFLD are reviewed, and the effects of lipid toxicity, insulin resistance and intestinal flora disorder in NAFLD are also briefly described in order to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
