【摘要】：正目前,正常成人結(jié)腸黏膜中嗜酸性粒細胞數(shù)量以及嗜酸性結(jié)腸炎的組織學診斷標準尚未明確。本文為明確正常成人結(jié)腸黏膜中嗜酸性粒細胞數(shù)量,構(gòu)建了原發(fā)結(jié)腸嗜酸性粒細胞增多癥及嗜酸性結(jié)腸炎的臨床病理診斷框架,對159名健康成人的左半結(jié)腸、橫結(jié)腸以及右半結(jié)腸黏膜的嗜酸性粒細胞進行計數(shù),并從120萬例結(jié)腸活檢病例的資料庫里,提取診斷為結(jié)腸嗜酸性粒細胞增多癥的成年患者資料,除復習所有病理切片外,并獲取相關(guān)人口統(tǒng)計學信息、臨床病理資
[Abstract]:At present, the number of eosinophils in normal adult colon mucosa and the histological diagnostic criteria for eosinophilic colitis are not clear. In order to determine the number of eosinophils in normal adult colon mucosa, a clinicopathological diagnosis framework of primary colonic eosinophilia and eosinophilic colitis was constructed. The eosinophils in the transverse colon and the right hemicolon mucosa were counted, and the data of adult patients diagnosed with colonic eosinophilia were extracted from the database of 1.2 million cases of colonic biopsy, in addition to reviewing all the pathological sections.
