低聚果糖影響結(jié)腸炎小鼠腸黏膜的研究

【摘要】:目的觀察低聚果糖(FOS)對(duì)小鼠腸道黏膜的影響,并探討其對(duì)結(jié)腸炎的治療作用及可能機(jī)制。方法用5%DSS誘導(dǎo)建立小鼠結(jié)腸炎模型,將30例小鼠隨機(jī)分成正常組、模型組、FOS組。FOS組在模型建立后飲用配置好的5%FOS溶液。觀察各組疾病活動(dòng)指數(shù)(DAI),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后觀察結(jié)腸長(zhǎng)度變化、組織學(xué)損傷評(píng)分、菌群計(jì)數(shù)統(tǒng)計(jì)以及IL-6、IL-33、TNF-α、RegⅢγ的表達(dá)。結(jié)果 FOS組DAI(P0.000 1)及組織學(xué)損傷評(píng)分(P0.000 1)明顯低于模型組,模型組小鼠結(jié)腸質(zhì)地變硬且黏膜皺褶消失(P0.01),FOS組結(jié)腸致病菌與模型組相比顯著減少(P0.01),FOS組結(jié)腸IL-6(P0.05)、IL-33(P0.05)的表達(dá)量相比于模型組顯著降低,TNF-α(P0.05)、RegⅢγ(P0.05)雖有降低但無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論低聚果糖能夠改善結(jié)腸炎小鼠有益菌群的比例,降低促炎細(xì)胞因子IL-33及IL-6的水平,減輕腸道炎癥反應(yīng)。
