【摘要】：目的探討原發(fā)于腹膜后的淋巴系統(tǒng)疾病的病理學(xué)形態(tài)和免疫表型特點。方法收集25例原發(fā)于腹膜后的淋巴系統(tǒng)疾病,結(jié)合HE形態(tài)及免疫表型進行診斷。結(jié)果 25例中Castleman病6例,彌漫大B細胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B cell lymphoma,DLBCL)9例,濾泡性淋巴瘤(follicular lymphoma,FL)3例,外周T細胞淋巴瘤(peripheral T-cell lymphoma,PTCL)3例,霍奇金淋巴瘤2例、Burkitt淋巴瘤1例、漿細胞瘤1例。結(jié)論原發(fā)于腹膜后的淋巴系統(tǒng)疾病生長隱敝,且種類較多,診斷時需仔細觀察形態(tài)學(xué)特點并結(jié)合免疫表型,甚至必要時行分子檢測。DLBCL是最常見的原發(fā)于腹膜后的淋巴系統(tǒng)疾病,其次為Castleman病,FL與PTCL位居第3位。部分疾病形態(tài)具有相應(yīng)的部位特殊性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the histopathological and immunophenotypic features of retroperitoneal lymphoid diseases. Methods 25 cases of retroperitoneal lymphoid diseases were collected and diagnosed with HE morphology and immunophenotype. Results there were 6 cases of Castleman's disease, 9 cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (diffuse large B cell lymphoma), 3 cases of follicular lymphoma FL, 3 cases of peripheral T-cell lymphoma, 1 case of Hodgkin's lymphoma and 1 case of plasmacytoma. Conclusion the primary retroperitoneal lymphoid diseases are characterized by many kinds of lymphoid diseases. It is necessary to observe the morphological features and combine the immunophenotype in diagnosis. Even if necessary, the molecular detection of .DLBCL is the most common primary lymphoid diseases in retroperitoneal diseases. The second was Castleman's disease FL and PTCL. Part of the disease morphology has the corresponding site particularity.
