【摘要】：目的探討血脂、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、葉酸(FA)水平與結(jié)直腸息肉發(fā)病的相關(guān)性。方法對(duì)入選的250例患者分別檢測(cè)血清Hcy、FA、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)。結(jié)果年齡、性別與結(jié)直腸息肉發(fā)生明顯相關(guān);血清Hcy水平與結(jié)直腸息肉的發(fā)生無(wú)相關(guān)性;FA、維生素B12水平與結(jié)直腸息肉的發(fā)生明顯相關(guān);脂代謝紊亂與結(jié)直腸息肉的發(fā)生無(wú)相關(guān)性。結(jié)論 FA與結(jié)直腸息肉的發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)呈正相關(guān),維生素B12與結(jié)直腸息肉的發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum lipid, serum homocysteine, folate and colorectal polyps. Methods the serum levels of HCFa, TC, TGG, HDL-C, LDL-C were measured in 250 patients with high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the serum of 250 patients with high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Results Age, sex were significantly correlated with colorectal polyp, serum Hcy level was not correlated with colorectal polyp, vitamin B12 level was significantly correlated with colorectal polyp. There was no correlation between lipid metabolism disorder and colorectal polyps. Conclusion FA is positively correlated with the risk of colorectal polyps, and vitamin B12 is negatively correlated with the risk of colorectal polyps.
