【摘要】：目的:探究慢性胃炎患者抑郁、焦慮狀態(tài)與負(fù)性生活事件及生活滿意度的關(guān)系,探討慢性胃炎患者心理成熟度與情緒狀態(tài)的關(guān)系,提示大眾重視情緒管理,以利心身健康。方法:采用Zung抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)、焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)和生活滿意度量表(satisfaction with life scale,SWLS)對(duì)確診為慢性胃炎的62例住院患者進(jìn)行主觀感受評(píng)定;仔細(xì)詢問患者在癥狀出現(xiàn)前是否發(fā)生負(fù)性生活事件;記錄患者一般資料和臨床資料。結(jié)果:62例慢性胃炎患者的平均SDS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分52.87±9.61、平均SAS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分為52.55±9.05,均顯著高于中國(guó)常模,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);抑郁狀態(tài)的為38例(61.3%)、焦慮狀態(tài)的為39例(62.9%),其中抑郁合并焦慮狀態(tài)的為25例(40.3%),多數(shù)屬于輕度到中度,重度極少;有負(fù)性生活事件的和無負(fù)性生活事件的患者焦慮狀態(tài)有差異(P0.05),40例(64.5%)發(fā)病前有負(fù)性生活事件發(fā)生,導(dǎo)致情緒不良,并不能有效調(diào)節(jié),其中22例(55%)為家庭問題;不同生活滿意度的慢性胃炎患者抑郁及焦慮程度存在差異(P0.05);不同病程的慢性胃炎患者抑郁焦慮狀態(tài)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;女性、農(nóng)民、文化程度低的患者有更明顯的情緒問題。結(jié)論:慢性胃炎患者普遍存在抑郁、焦慮異常心理狀態(tài);慢性胃炎患者負(fù)性生活事件和生活滿意度與抑郁、焦慮的發(fā)生密切相關(guān);病程對(duì)慢性胃炎患者抑郁焦慮狀態(tài)無顯著影響;不同性別、職業(yè)、文化程度的慢性胃炎患者抑郁、焦慮存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between depression, anxiety and negative life events and life satisfaction in patients with chronic gastritis, and to explore the relationship between psychological maturity and emotional state in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods: 62 inpatients with chronic gastritis were assessed by self rating depression scale (SDS), self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and life satisfaction with life scale (SSS). Ask carefully if negative life events occur before symptoms occur; record general and clinical data. Results the average SDS standard score of 62 patients with chronic gastritis was 52.87 鹵9.61, and the average SAS standard was 52.55 鹵9.05, which was significantly higher than that of Chinese norm. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), 38 cases with depression and 39 cases with anxiety, 25 cases with depression and anxiety were 40.3%, most of them were mild to moderate and severe. There was a difference between the anxiety state of patients with negative life events and those without negative life events. There were 40 cases (64.5%) with negative life events before onset, which led to bad mood and could not be effectively regulated. Among them, 22 cases (55 555) were family problems. There were significant differences in depression and anxiety in patients with chronic gastritis with different life satisfaction; depression and anxiety in patients with chronic gastritis with different course of disease had no statistical difference; women, farmers and patients with low education had more obvious emotional problems. Conclusion: depression and anxiety are common in patients with chronic gastritis, negative life events and life satisfaction are closely related to depression and anxiety in patients with chronic gastritis. The course of disease had no significant effect on depression and anxiety in patients with chronic gastritis, but there were differences in depression and anxiety among patients with chronic gastritis with different gender, occupation and education level.
