【摘要】：目的分析低水平HBsAg患者肝組織HBsAg、HBc Ag表達(dá)與血清HBsAg水平、HBV DNA載量的相關(guān)性,為低水平HBsAg患者的病情判斷提供依據(jù)。方法選取2013年1月至2015年12月HBsAg水平低于1 400 IU/m L且高于0.05 IU/m L者作為研究對(duì)象,收集的63例低水平HBsAg患者均進(jìn)行了肝組織活檢。采用羅氏cobas e601全自動(dòng)電化學(xué)發(fā)光免疫分析系統(tǒng)及配套試劑檢測(cè)血清HBsAg,HBV DNA采用ROCHE公司全自動(dòng)Ampli Prep/cobas Taq Man 48系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)儀及配套試劑進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 63例患者中,肝組織HBsAg表達(dá)陽(yáng)性例數(shù):陰性5例(7.94%)、+有47例(74.60%)、++有8例(12.70%)、+++有2例(3.17%)、++++有1例;而其HBc Ag表達(dá)陽(yáng)性例數(shù):陰性30例(47.62%)、+有28例(44.44%)、++有4例(6.35%)、+++有1例(1.59)、++++有0例。低水平HBsAg患者肝組織HBsAg表達(dá)與血清HBsAg水平通過(guò)spearman和kendall相關(guān)分析均呈顯著正相關(guān)(spearman分析:r=0.261,P=0.039;kendall分析:r=0.217,P=0.036),而其與血清HBV DNA載量沒(méi)有顯著相關(guān)性;肝組織HBc Ag表達(dá)與血清HBsAg水平無(wú)顯著相關(guān)性,而與血清HBV DNA載量通過(guò)spearman和kendall相關(guān)分析均有顯著正相關(guān)性(spearman分析:r=0.305,P=0.015;kendall分析:r=0.259,P=0.017)。結(jié)論低水平HBsAg患者肝組織HBsAg表達(dá)與血清HBsAg水平呈顯著正相關(guān),而與HBV DNA載量無(wú)關(guān);肝組織HBc Ag表達(dá)與血清HBV DNA載量有顯著正相關(guān)性,而與血清HBsAg水平無(wú)關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the correlation between the expression of HBcAg in liver tissues of patients with low level of HBsAg and the level of HBsAg in serum, and to provide evidence for the diagnosis of patients with low level HBsAg. Methods from January 2013 to December 2015, 63 patients with HBsAg lower than 1 400 IU/m L and higher than 0. 05 IU/m L were selected as subjects. Liver biopsy was performed in 63 patients with low HBsAg. Cobas e601 automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA) system was used to detect HBV DNA in serum. ROCHE company's automatic Ampli Prep/cobas Taq Man 48 system was used to detect HBV DNA. Results among 63 patients, the positive expression of HBsAg in liver tissue was positive in 5 cases (7.94%), in 47 cases (74.604), in 8 cases (12.70%), in 2 cases (3.17%) and in 1 case. The positive cases of HBc Ag expression were as follows: 30 cases were negative, 47.62% were negative, 28 cases were 44.44%, 4 cases were 6.35g, 1 case was 1.59g, and there were 0 cases. There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of HBsAg in liver tissue and serum HBsAg level in patients with low HBsAg. There was a significant positive correlation between HBsAg expression in liver tissue and serum HBsAg level by spearman and kendall correlation analysis. There was no significant correlation between HBsAg expression and serum HBV DNA load. There was no significant correlation between the expression of HBc Ag in liver tissue and serum HBsAg level, but there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of HBc Ag and serum HBV DNA load by spearman and kendall correlation analysis. The Spearman analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of HBc Ag in liver tissue and the serum HBsAg level. The results of Spearman analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of HBc Ag in liver tissue and the level of serum HBsAg. Conclusion there is a significant positive correlation between the expression of HBsAg and serum HBsAg level in patients with low HBsAg, but no correlation between the expression of HBc Ag and the HBV DNA load, but there is a significant positive correlation between the expression of HBc Ag in liver tissue and the level of serum HBV DNA, but no correlation between the expression of HBc Ag and the level of serum HBsAg.
