【摘要】：目的:探討加味人參湯聯(lián)合常規(guī)西藥治療脾胃虛寒型胃潰瘍臨床療效觀察。方法:將2014年12月-2015年12月在本院消化內(nèi)科治療的120例脾胃虛寒型胃潰瘍患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,對(duì)照組采用西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,觀察組采用加味人參湯聯(lián)合常規(guī)西藥治療,比較兩組患者的治療效果、中醫(yī)證候改善情況、潰瘍面積、Hp清除率及復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果:觀察組治療有效率為96.67%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的83.33%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組治療后胃痛胃脹、反酸噯氣、倦怠乏力、畏寒肢冷、神疲懶言等中醫(yī)證候積分明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組治療后潰瘍面積明顯小于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組Hp根除率為93.33%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的75%,觀察組1年復(fù)發(fā)率為3.33%,明顯低于對(duì)照組的21.67%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:加味人參湯聯(lián)合常規(guī)西藥治療脾胃虛寒型胃潰瘍效果顯著,能夠提高Hp根除率,促進(jìn)潰瘍面愈合,減少?gòu)?fù)發(fā),具有積極的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Ginseng decoction combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer with deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods: from December 2014 to December 2015, 120 cases of peptic ulcer with deficiency of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Jiawei ginseng decoction combined with conventional western medicine. The therapeutic effect, the improvement of TCM syndromes, the clearance rate of HP and the recurrence of ulcer were compared between the two groups. Results: the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.33), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the scores of TCM syndromes such as stomach pain and stomach distension, acid regurgitation, tiredness, fatigue, chills of cold limbs, fatigue and laziness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The area of ulcer in the observation group was obviously smaller than that in the control group. The eradication rate of HP in the observation group was 93.33, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.33, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (21.67g). Conclusion: Jiawei Ginseng decoction combined with routine western medicine can improve HP eradication rate, promote ulcer healing and reduce recurrence, which has positive clinical significance.
