【摘要】：目的研究獻血者戊肝病毒感染情況。方法對廈門地區(qū)部分獻血者標本進行戊肝病毒抗原(HEV-Ag)、抗體(HEV-IgG和HEV-IgM)檢測,HEV-Ag陽性和HEV-IgM陽性者進行HEV核酸檢測,核酸檢測陽性標本進行序列測定和基因型分析。結(jié)果總共6 263人份獻血者標本中,檢出1 447例HEV-IgG陽性(1 447/6 263,23.10%)、42例HEV-IgM陽性(42/6 263,0.67%)、12例HEV-Ag陽性(12/6 263,0.19%);12例HEV-Ag陽性標本中檢出8例HEV核酸陽性(8/6 263,0.13%),42例HEV-IgM陽性標本中未檢出HEV核酸陽性。8例HEV核酸陽性有4例測序成功,分別為2例Ⅰ型、2例Ⅳ型。隨訪顯示大部分陽性獻血者HEV病毒血癥可較長時間持續(xù)存在。結(jié)論廈門地區(qū)獻血者戊肝病毒現(xiàn)癥感染率較高,在今后的輸血保障工作中應(yīng)引起重視。HEV-IgM檢測對獻血者HEV現(xiàn)癥感染的檢出率較低,而HEV-Ag的檢出率較高且同HEV核酸檢測具有較高的一致性,有望在血液篩查中得以推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the infection of hepatitis E virus in blood donors. Methods Hepatitis E virus antigens (HEV-AgN), HEV-IgG and HEV-IgM were used to detect HEV nucleic acid in some blood donors in Xiamen area. The nucleic acid sequences and genotypes were analyzed in the positive samples. Results out of a total of 6 263 blood donors, Of the 1 447 HEV-IgG positive specimens, 1 447 HEV-IgM positive cases were detected in 1447 / 6263C 23.101010 cases and 42 cases were HEV-IgM positive 42 / 6 263C 0.670.67 + 12 HEV-Ag positive samples were detected. 8 HEV nucleic acid positive samples were detected in 8 HEV nucleic acid positive samples, and 8 HEV nucleic acid positive cases were detected in 4 out of 42 HEV-IgM positive samples, 4 of them were sequenced successfully, and 4 of the 12 HEV-Ag positive samples were positive for HEV nucleic acid. The results showed that the HEV nucleic acid was positive in 4 out of the 12 HEV-Ag positive samples, and 4 of the 12 HEV-Ag positive samples were positive for HEV nucleic acid and HEV nucleic acid, 4 of them were sequenced.
