【摘要】：目的研究血清細(xì)胞因子與肝硬化腹水感染的關(guān)系,為感染的預(yù)防和治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2013年6月-2014年12月于醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的38例肝硬化腹水感染患者為感染組,同期的38例肝硬化腹水未發(fā)生感染患者為非感染組,38名健康人員為正常組,將3組受試人員的血清細(xì)胞因子水平進(jìn)行比較,同時(shí)比較感染組和非感染組中輕度、中度和重度腹水患者的檢測(cè)結(jié)果,以logistic分析上述指標(biāo)與肝硬化腹水感染的關(guān)系。結(jié)果感染組患者血清細(xì)胞因子包括白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、γ-干擾素(IFN-γ)及腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)水平分別為(14.52±1.89)pg/ml、(16.64±1.99)pg/ml、(23.84±2.46)ng/L及(3.89±0.37)ng/ml,其均高于非感染組及正常組,非感染組則高于正常組;感染組輕度、中度、重度腹水者的檢測(cè)水平均高于非感染組,經(jīng)logistic分析顯示,上述血清指標(biāo)均與肝硬化腹水感染有密切的關(guān)系,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論肝硬化腹水感染患者的血清細(xì)胞因子呈現(xiàn)高表達(dá)狀態(tài),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)該類(lèi)患者血清細(xì)胞因子的監(jiān)測(cè)及干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between serum cytokines and ascites infection in cirrhotic patients. Methods from June 2013 to December 2014, 38 patients with cirrhotic ascites infection were selected as infection group, 38 patients without ascites infection as non-infection group, 38 healthy people as normal group, who were treated in hospital from June 2013 to December 2014. The levels of serum cytokines in the three groups were compared, and the results of mild, moderate and severe ascites were compared between the infected group and the non-infected group. The relationship between the above indexes and ascites infection in cirrhosis was analyzed by logistic. Results the levels of serum cytokines, including IL-6, IL-8, IFN- 緯, IFN- 緯 and TNF- 偽 in infected patients were 14.52 鹵1.89pg / ml, 16.64 鹵1.99g / ml, 23.84 鹵2.46)ng/L and 3.89 鹵0.37ngr / ml, respectively, which were higher than those in the non-infected group and the normal group, and were higher in the non-infected group than in the normal group. The detection level of severe ascites was higher than that of non-infection group. Logistic analysis showed that the above serum indexes were closely related to ascites infection of liver cirrhosis, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the serum cytokines in patients with ascites infection due to cirrhosis are highly expressed, so the monitoring and intervention of serum cytokines in patients with ascites infection should be strengthened.
