本文選題：膠囊內(nèi)窺鏡 + 西甲硅油　； 參考：《中國(guó)全科醫(yī)學(xué)》2015年15期

【摘要】：目的探討持續(xù)口服西甲硅油對(duì)膠囊內(nèi)鏡圖像質(zhì)量的影響。方法選擇在波市第四醫(yī)院接受OMOM膠囊內(nèi)鏡檢查的患者124例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組,觀察組(60例)在檢查當(dāng)日將西甲硅油30 ml加入2 000 ml聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散溶液口服。對(duì)照組(64例)在檢查前1 d開(kāi)始口服西甲硅油10 ml,3次/d,檢查當(dāng)日開(kāi)始口服聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散溶液,檢查前30 min再次口服西甲硅油10 ml。定量分析兩組患者膠囊內(nèi)鏡檢查圖像的氣泡量、消化液量、清潔度,同時(shí)觀察患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果對(duì)照組和觀察組患者檢查膠囊進(jìn)入小腸時(shí)間分別為(52.1±27.5)min和(45.8±30.5)min,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-1.209,P=0.223);在小腸內(nèi)運(yùn)行時(shí)間分別為(363.3±51.4)min和(345.4±42.5)min,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=1.657,P=0.147)。觀察組患者小腸下段及全段氣泡量評(píng)分、清潔度評(píng)分及綜合評(píng)分少于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。對(duì)照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率(17.2%,11/64)高于觀察組(5.0%,3/60)(χ2=4.590,P0.05)。結(jié)論將西甲硅油加入聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散溶液持續(xù)口服可以顯著改善膠囊內(nèi)鏡圖像質(zhì)量,減少不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of continuous oral administration of methylsiloxane oil on the image quality of capsule endoscopy. Methods 124 patients who received OMOM capsule endoscopy in the fourth Hospital of Bo City were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group (n = 60). On the day of the examination, 30 ml of siloxane oil was added into 2 000 ml of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder solution. The control group (n = 64) took 10 ml of silicone oil 10 ml / d before examination and 10 ml / d of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder again 30 min before examination. The quantity of bubbles, digestive fluid and cleanliness of the two groups were analyzed quantitatively. The incidence of adverse reactions was observed. Results the time of the capsule entering the small intestine was 52.1 鹵27.5)min and 45.8 鹵30.5 min in the control group and the observation group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups, and the operating time in the small intestine was 363.3 鹵51.4)min and 345.4 鹵42.5 min, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The Bubble volume score, cleanliness score and comprehensive score of the patients in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 17.2 / 64), which was higher than that in the observation group (5.0 / 60) (蠂 ~ (2 / 2) 4.590 / P 0.05). Conclusion continuous oral administration of silicone oil with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder can significantly improve the image quality of capsule endoscopy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
