【摘要】：目的:探討慢性膽囊炎患者血清瘦素(Lep)、可溶性瘦素受體(s LR)與血脂水平的變化及其相互關(guān)系。方法:選擇103例慢性膽囊炎患者,以91例健康體檢者為對(duì)照,測(cè)定所有受試者空腹血清Lep、s LR、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL),分析慢性膽囊炎患者血清Lep、s LR水平與血脂水平的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:與對(duì)照組比較,慢性膽囊炎組患者血清TC、LDL和Lep水平均明顯升高,而s LR水平明顯降低(均P0.05)。單因素分析顯示,Lep水平與TC、TG和HDL水平呈明顯正相關(guān)(均P0.05),而s LR水平與各血脂指標(biāo)無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(均P0.05);多元回歸分析顯示,Lep水平與TC水平呈明顯正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:慢性膽囊炎患者血清Lep明顯升高、s LR水平降低以及血脂代謝紊亂,其中,Lep升高所致膽固醇代謝障礙可能是主要原因。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the relationship between serum leptin Lepl, soluble leptin receptor (sLR) and serum lipids in patients with chronic cholecystitis. Methods: 103 patients with chronic cholecystitis and 91 healthy controls were selected. Fasting serum LepsLRs, total cholesterol TCX, triglyceride TGN, low density lipoprotein (LDLN), high density lipoprotein (HDLN) were measured in all subjects. The relationship between serum LepsLR level and serum lipid level in patients with chronic cholecystitis was analyzed. Results: compared with the control group, the serum TCL-LDL and Lep levels in the patients with chronic cholecystitis were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the levels of SLR were significantly decreased (P 0.05). Univariate analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between Lep level and TG and HDL levels (all P0.05%), but no significant correlation between SLR level and serum lipids (P0.05%), and multiple regression analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between Lep level and TC level (P0.05%). Conclusion: the serum Lep level in patients with chronic cholecystitis was significantly higher than that in the control group.
