【摘要】：病毒性肝炎具有傳染性較強,傳播途徑復雜,流行面廣泛,發(fā)病率高等特點,肝炎病毒的慢性感染已成為嚴重的公共衛(wèi)生問題。相對分子質(zhì)量(Mr)20 000的干擾素刺激基因產(chǎn)物(ISG20)是由1型、2型干擾素誘導產(chǎn)生的一種具有3’-5’核酸外切酶活性的蛋白,已證實其有抑制病毒復制的功能。ISG20作為干擾素信號通路下游的重要效應分子,在病毒性肝炎患者對抗病毒感染過程中發(fā)揮重要作用,且對慢性病毒性肝炎患者接受干擾素抗病毒治療療效有較高的預測價值;其抗病毒作用機制多認為與核酸外切酶活性相關(guān),現(xiàn)就ISG20在病毒性肝炎中作用及相關(guān)機制的研究進展進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Viral hepatitis is characterized by strong infectivity, complicated transmission route, wide epidemic area and high incidence. Chronic hepatitis virus infection has become a serious public health problem. The relative molecular weight of interferon stimulator gene (ISG20) is a protein with exonuclease activity of 3 '-5'nucleic acid induced by type 1 interferon. ISG20, as an important effector molecule downstream of interferon signaling pathway, plays an important role in the process of anti-viral infection in patients with viral hepatitis. The antiviral effect of interferon on patients with chronic viral hepatitis is highly predictive, and its antiviral mechanism is thought to be related to the activity of nucleic acid exonuclease. This paper reviews the role of ISG20 in viral hepatitis and its related mechanisms.
