【摘要】：目的探討胃息肉發(fā)生的相關(guān)因素,為更有針對(duì)性胃息肉的預(yù)防提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法收集2016年10月至2017年3月就診于西南醫(yī)院各科室的504例行胃鏡檢查并經(jīng)病理學(xué)證實(shí)為胃息肉的患者,以同期健康體檢和各科室就診的504例行胃鏡檢查未發(fā)現(xiàn)胃息肉者作為對(duì)照,使用統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行相關(guān)因素調(diào)查。對(duì)調(diào)查各因素進(jìn)行單因素分析,將篩選出有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的因素納入多因素Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果單因素分析結(jié)果顯示,質(zhì)子泵抑制劑使用情況、H.pylori感染史、胃息肉家族史、吸煙、飲酒、喝茶、體育鍛煉、進(jìn)食速度、進(jìn)食水果、心情狀況、精神創(chuàng)傷史及工作生活壓力可能與胃息肉發(fā)生相關(guān)。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,使用質(zhì)子泵抑制劑、H.pylori感染史、胃息肉家族史、長(zhǎng)期飲酒、進(jìn)食速度較快、精神創(chuàng)傷史是胃息肉發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素,體育鍛煉(≥1次/周)、進(jìn)食水果(≥2次/周)為其保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論胃息肉的發(fā)生與多種因素相關(guān),避免長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用質(zhì)子泵抑制劑及長(zhǎng)期飲酒、根除H.pylori感染、適當(dāng)?shù)捏w育鍛煉與進(jìn)食水果、保持樂觀的心態(tài)和養(yǎng)成良好的飲食習(xí)慣可能會(huì)有效降低胃息肉的發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the related factors of gastric polyps and to provide scientific basis for the prevention of gastric polyps. Methods from October 2016 to March 2017, 504 patients with gastric polyps were examined by gastroscopy and proved pathologically to be gastric polyps. 504 patients who had not found gastric polyps by gastroscopy in the same period were used to investigate the related factors by using the unified questionnaire. Single factor analysis was used to analyze the factors in the investigation, and the factors with statistical significance were included in the multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results the results of univariate analysis showed that the use of proton pump inhibitors had a history of H. pylori infection, family history of gastric polyps, smoking, drinking, drinking tea, physical exercise, eating speed, eating fruit, mood. The history of trauma and work life stress may be associated with gastric polyps. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the history of H. pylori infection with proton pump inhibitor, family history of gastric polyps, long-term drinking, fast eating rate, and the history of mental trauma were the risk factors of gastric polyps.
