【摘要】：目的調(diào)查年齡和性別對非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患病情況及伴發(fā)疾病的影響。方法收集本院體檢中心和門診NAFLD患者8429例,進行問卷咨詢、體格檢查、血脂和血糖等檢測以及肝臟實時超聲檢查。按照年齡將其分為青年組(年齡45歲)、中年組(45≤年齡60歲)和老年組(年齡≥60歲),并比較不同組別患者的臨床和實驗室指標(biāo)。結(jié)果隨著年齡增長,NAFLD男性患者比例逐漸降低,而女性患者比例升高(P0.01);NAFLD伴發(fā)各種代謝疾病比例在青年組、中年組和老年組中差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);除高脂血癥外,3個年齡組中男性NAFLD伴發(fā)疾病比例均高于女性(P0.01)。結(jié)論 NAFLD患者伴發(fā)代謝疾病比例與年齡和性別相關(guān),這對NAFLD的預(yù)防和治療具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of age and sex on NAF LDD and its associated diseases. Methods 8429 patients with NAFLD were collected from physical examination center and outpatient department of our hospital.
