【摘要】：目的探討中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)與非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的關(guān)聯(lián)性。方法基于大規(guī)模健康管理隊(duì)列,針對隊(duì)列基線中無NAFLD的15 463例健康體檢對象隨訪,平均隨訪時(shí)間2.54年,隨訪結(jié)局為發(fā)生NAFLD;將基線中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)根據(jù)四分位數(shù)由低到高劃分為4個(gè)組段(Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4);采用多元Cox回歸計(jì)算中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)與NAFLD關(guān)聯(lián)性的相對危險(xiǎn)度(HR)。結(jié)果隨訪期間3 846人被診斷為NAFLD。Cox結(jié)果顯示,以Q1為參照,在調(diào)整年齡、性別后,中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)的Q2、Q3、Q4三個(gè)組段的HR(95%CI)分別為1.265(1.057,1.514)、1.446(1.214,1.724)、1.605(1.350,1.907),上述基礎(chǔ)上再調(diào)整谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和γ-谷酰胺轉(zhuǎn)酞酶后,Q2、Q3、Q4三個(gè)組段的HR(95%CI)分別為1.264(1.056,1.512)、1.434(1.202,1.710)、1.582(1.330,1.882),進(jìn)一步調(diào)整血脂四項(xiàng)、空腹血糖、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)和高血壓后,HR(95%CI)分別為1.181(0.986,1.415)、1.189(0.995,1.420)、1.226(1.026,1.464)。結(jié)論中性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)是NAFLD發(fā)病的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between neutrophil count and NAF LDD in non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods based on the large scale health management cohort, 15 463 subjects with no NAFLD in the baseline were followed up with an average follow-up time of 2.54 years. The baseline neutrophil count was divided into 4 groups according to the quartile number from low to high, and the relative risk of neutrophil count and NAFLD correlation was calculated by multivariate Cox regression. Results during the follow-up period, 3 846 patients were diagnosed with NAFLD.Cox. The HR-95CII of the three groups of neutrophil count Q2OQ3Q4 were 1.265U 1.0571.514U 1.4461.2141.724kW 1.6051.3501.907. On the above basis, the HR-95CIs of the three groups Q2Q3Q4 and Q2Q3 / Q4 were 1.2641.264 / 1.051.512U 1.4341.201.21010 / 1.5821.3301.882n, respectively, to further adjust the blood lipids, fasting blood glucose, fasting blood glucose. The body mass index (BMI) and the post hypertension HRM 95 CII were 1.181 ~ 0.9861.415 ~ 1.189 ~ 0.995 ~ 1.420 ~ (-1) ~ 1.226 ~ 1.026 ~ 1.464m ~ (-1), respectively. Conclusion neutrophil count is an independent risk factor for NAFLD.
