【摘要】：目的分析新疆南部和北部甲型肝炎(甲肝)高發(fā)地州甲肝流行特征,為制定防控措施提供科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)。方法通過中國疾病監(jiān)測信息報(bào)告管理系統(tǒng)獲得2006-2015年新疆南部和田地區(qū)、喀什地區(qū)和克孜勒蘇柯爾克孜自治州(克州),以及新疆北部伊犁哈薩克自治州和昌吉回族自治州的甲肝個(gè)案數(shù)據(jù),采用描述流行病學(xué)方法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果和田、喀什、克州、伊犁和昌吉2006-2015年甲肝年平均發(fā)病率分別為36.91/10萬、27.60/10萬、49.27/10萬、14.01/10萬和6.75/10萬。南疆、北疆地區(qū)甲肝均呈秋冬季高發(fā);0-9歲兒童發(fā)病數(shù)分別占72.31%、32.33%;散居兒童、幼托兒童和學(xué)生發(fā)病數(shù)分別占77.44%、57.05%,男、女性發(fā)病數(shù)之比分別為1.47∶1、1.45∶1。結(jié)論南疆地區(qū)甲肝發(fā)病水平較北疆地區(qū)高。建議加強(qiáng)兒童和中小學(xué)生甲肝疫苗接種。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of hepatitis A (hepatitis A) in southern and northern Xinjiang, and to provide scientific data for the prevention and control of hepatitis A. Methods through the China Disease Surveillance Information Management system, we obtained the Hotan region in southern Xinjiang from 2006 to 2015. The case data of hepatitis A in Kashi region, Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture (Kezhou), Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture and Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture in northern Xinjiang were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results the annual average incidence of hepatitis A in Hotan, Kashi, Kezhou, Yili and Changji from 2006 to 2015 was 36.91% / 100 000 / 100 000, 49.27% / 100 000 and 67,500 / 100 000 respectively. The incidence of hepatitis A in children aged 0-9 was 72.31 and 32.33 respectively in autumn and winter in southern and northern Xinjiang, 77.4444 and 57.05 in children living in the diaspora, and 1.47 in male and 1.45 in female, respectively. Conclusion the incidence level of hepatitis A in southern Xinjiang is higher than that in northern Xinjiang. It is suggested that children and primary and middle school students should be vaccinated against hepatitis A.
