【摘要】：目的:探討胃食管反流病(Gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)的流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn)及與牙周疾病的之間的關(guān)系及相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素,為其臨床預(yù)防及治療提供依據(jù)。方法:對于2015年4月到2016年4月就診于我院的80名GERD患者和71名正常人進(jìn)行GERD相關(guān)問卷和牙周疾病檢查,牙周檢查以社區(qū)牙周指數(shù)(Community periodontal index,CPI)和附著喪失(Attachment loss,AL)作為診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),進(jìn)行單因素分析和多因素Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果:GERD患者與對照組比較,年齡,性別,吸煙比列等指標(biāo)之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而民族,BMI指數(shù),等指標(biāo)之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),GERD患者中維吾爾族患者發(fā)生牙周疾病比漢族患者多,(Body Mass Index,,BMI)BMI指數(shù)、GERD患者牙周炎患病率、在GERD患者中牙周炎嚴(yán)重程度均顯著高于對照組,通過Logistics回歸分析可知年齡是牙周炎的危險(xiǎn)因素,非GERD是牙周疾病的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論:可以認(rèn)為與吸煙,年齡等相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素一樣,GERD疾病是牙周疾病的危險(xiǎn)因素之一,其診治需要多科的共同協(xié)作,早期診斷胃食管反流病并通過改變生活方式和藥物來抑制酸反流,對預(yù)防牙周疾病極為重要�？谇灰约拔改c都是人體消化系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中的組成部分,在臨床上針對上述兩種疾病開展治療以及預(yù)后的時(shí)候,都會綜合兩者間的影響,通過綜合考慮能夠更好的制定出科學(xué)的治療方法,因此在疾病發(fā)生當(dāng)中有著一定的關(guān)聯(lián)性,但是這一猜測還需要更深入的研究和證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and the relationship between GERD and periodontal disease, and to provide evidence for its clinical prevention and treatment.Methods: from April 2015 to April 2016, 80 patients with GERD and 71 normal controls were examined with GERD related questionnaire and periodontal disease. The periodontal examination was based on the community periodontal index (CPI) and attachment loss (attachment).Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were performed.Results compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in age, sex and smoking ratio between the two groups, but there was no significant difference in BMI index between the two groups.There was statistical difference between the two indexes. The prevalence of periodontitis in Uygur patients was higher than that in Han patients, and the severity of periodontitis in GERD patients was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the prevalence of periodontitis was significantly higher in Uygur patients than in the Han nationality patients, and the prevalence of periodontitis in the patients with GERD was significantly higher than that in the controls.Age was the risk factor of periodontitis and non-GERD was the protective factor of periodontal disease by Logistics regression analysis.Conclusion: GERD is one of the risk factors of periodontal disease, and the diagnosis and treatment of GERD need the cooperation of many departments.Early diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease and inhibition of acid reflux by changing lifestyle and drugs are very important to prevent periodontal disease.The oral cavity and the gastrointestinal tract are part of the human digestive system, and the clinical treatment and prognosis of these two diseases will combine the effects of the two.Scientific treatment methods can be better formulated through comprehensive consideration, so there is a certain correlation in the occurrence of disease, but this speculation still needs to be further studied and confirmed.
