【摘要】：腸道是人體最重要的消化器官之一,急慢性腸炎、腸道腫瘤等腸道疾病嚴(yán)重威脅著人類的健康,因此對(duì)腸道生理及病理機(jī)制的研究具有重要的科學(xué)意義及臨床價(jià)值。Hippo信號(hào)通路在細(xì)胞增殖與分化、組織損傷再生、腫瘤發(fā)生和發(fā)展過程中起重要作用,參與腸道中眾多生理及病理進(jìn)程的調(diào)控。本文結(jié)合近年來腸道相關(guān)Hippo信號(hào)通路的研究進(jìn)展,對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的前沿信息進(jìn)行概括總結(jié),重點(diǎn)闡述了Hippo信號(hào)在腸穩(wěn)態(tài)、再生與癌變過程中的作用,并在此基礎(chǔ)上展望了腸道中Hippo信號(hào)通路研究的前景及潛在的臨床價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Intestinal tract is one of the most important digestive organs of human body. Acute and chronic enteritis, intestinal cancer and other intestinal diseases seriously threaten human health.Therefore, the study of intestinal physiological and pathological mechanism has important scientific significance and clinical value. Hippo signaling pathway plays an important role in cell proliferation and differentiation, tissue injury and regeneration, tumorigenesis and development.Participate in the regulation of many physiological and pathological processes in the intestine.In this paper, the recent advances in the study of intestinal Hippo signaling pathway are summarized, and the role of Hippo signal in intestinal homeostasis, regeneration and carcinogenesis is emphasized.On this basis, the prospect and potential clinical value of the study of Hippo signaling pathway in intestinal tract are prospected.
