【摘要】：正臨床資料患者女,27歲。因"體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)腹腔動(dòng)靜脈畸形1個(gè)月余"于2016年10月25日入院。既往無手術(shù)、創(chuàng)傷、動(dòng)脈瘤、胰腺炎或其他腹部感染性病變。腹部體檢陰性。入院后CT增強(qiáng)示胰十二指腸后血管弓增粗,局部動(dòng)脈端可見"囊袋狀"膨大,并通過一瘺口經(jīng)其上方引流靜脈回流至腸系膜上靜脈,該引流靜脈起始部呈瘤樣擴(kuò)張�？紤]胃十二指腸動(dòng)脈-門脈
[Abstract]:The patient was 27 years old.AVM was admitted to hospital on October 25, 2016, due to more than one month of abdominal arteriovenous malformation found by physical examination.No previous operations, trauma, aneurysms, pancreatitis or other abdominal infections.The abdominal examination was negative.After admission, CT showed that the posterior pancreaticoduodenal vascular arch was thickened, the local arterial end was "pouch" dilated, and the superior mesenteric vein was drained through the upper drainage vein through a fistula. The initial part of the drainage vein was tumor-like dilatation.Consider the gastroduodenal arterial-portal vein
