【摘要】：目的評價六磨湯高位保留灌腸聯(lián)合生物反饋治療混合型功能性便秘的臨床療效。方法將90例混合型功能性便秘患者隨機分為治療組和對照組各45例。治療組給予六磨湯高位灌腸聯(lián)合生物反饋治療,對照組給予生理鹽水高位灌腸聯(lián)合生物反饋治療。兩組均隔日睡前灌腸1次,生物反饋治療每次1h,與灌腸交替隔日進(jìn)行。兩種療法均分別進(jìn)行15次,療程共30天。兩組治療前后對排便不盡感、肛門梗阻感、排便費力、大便性狀、排便次數(shù)、排便時間、腹脹進(jìn)行評分,治療后評價臨床療效,治療結(jié)束后隨訪3個月,觀察各臨床癥狀復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果治療組臨床療效總有效率為75.56%,優(yōu)于對照組的55.56%(P0.05)。治療組治療后排便不盡感、肛門梗阻感、排便費力、大便性狀、排便次數(shù)、排便時間、腹脹積分均明顯降低,對照組僅排便不盡感、排便次數(shù)積分明顯降低(P0.05),且治療組各臨床癥狀改善均明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。隨訪3個月兩組未發(fā)現(xiàn)各臨床癥狀復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)論六磨湯高位灌腸聯(lián)合生物反饋治療混合型功能性便秘臨床療效確切,能明顯改善患者排便困難等臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of Liumo decoction high position retention enema combined with biofeedback on mixed functional constipation. Methods 90 patients with mixed functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). Liumo decoction high level enema combined with biofeedback therapy, The control group was treated with saline high enema combined with biofeedback therapy. The course of treatment was 30 days. Before and after treatment, the two groups had no sense of defecation, anus obstruction, laborious defecation, defecation character, defecation frequency, defecation time, abdominal distension. The clinical effect was evaluated after treatment and followed up for 3 months after treatment. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.56, which was better than that of the control group (55.56%, P 0.05). The defecation, anal obstruction, defecation effort, defecation character, defecation frequency and defecation time were not enough after treatment in the treatment group. The abdominal distension score was significantly decreased in the control group, but the defecation was not felt in the control group. The scores of defecation times decreased significantly, and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group. No recurrence of clinical symptoms was found in the two groups after 3 months follow-up. Conclusion Liumo decoction high position enema combined with biofeedback therapy is mixed. Type A functional constipation is effective in clinical practice. Can obviously improve the patient defecation difficulty and other clinical symptoms.
