【摘要】：目的:觀察丹參注射液配合清胰湯聯(lián)合西藥治療急性胰腺炎的臨床療效。方法:176例患者隨機分為2組,治療組88例,給予丹參注射液配合清胰湯聯(lián)合西藥治療;對照組88例,給予單純西藥治療。觀察兩組的臨床療效及主要觀察指標(biāo)的恢復(fù)時間。結(jié)果:總有效率治療組為94.3%,對照組為83.0%(P㩳0.05)。治療組在發(fā)熱、腹脹、腹痛、排便、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶的恢復(fù)時間優(yōu)于對照組(P㩳0.05)。結(jié)論:丹參注射液配合清胰湯聯(lián)合西藥治療急性胰腺炎療效明顯優(yōu)于單用西藥組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of Danshen injection combined with Qingyi decoction and western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods: 176 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 88) and control group (n = 88). Observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups and the recovery time of the main observation index. Results: the total effective rate in the treatment group is 94.30.The control group is 83.0? The recovery time of fever, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, defecation, blood amylase and urine amylase in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with Qingyi decoction combined with western medicine is superior to western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
