【摘要】：正胃食管反流病(gastro-esophageal reflux disease,GERD)是一類以"燒心、反酸和腹痛"為臨床癥狀的胃腸道疾病,它的主要特征系胃內(nèi)容物反流入食管引起不適癥狀[1]。GERD嚴重影響患者的生存質(zhì)量。反流質(zhì)量問卷(Quality of Reflux Questionnaire,Reflux-Qual)是評價GERD患者生存質(zhì)量的特異性工具之一,該問卷是由法國學者Raymond等[2]于1999年編制,主要用來了解GERD患者的生存質(zhì)量并評價臨床治療對GERD患者的療效。此問卷內(nèi)容較多,填寫耗時長。Amouretti等[3]于2005年將
[Abstract]:Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a kind of gastrointestinal disease with clinical symptoms of "heartburn, acid reflux and abdominal pain". The main characteristic of GERD is that the reflux of gastric contents into the esophagus seriously affects the quality of life of patients with GERD [1] .GERD is one of the specific tools for evaluating the quality of life of patients with GERD, and the quality of reflux quality questionnaire (QQQ) is one of the specific tools for evaluating the quality of life of patients with GERD. The questionnaire was compiled by French scholar Raymond et al. [2] in 1999, and was mainly used to understand the quality of life of GERD patients and evaluate the curative effect of clinical treatment on GERD patients. This questionnaire has more contents and takes a long time to fill out. Amouretti et al. [3] will be completed in 2005.
