【摘要】：目的研究廣州地區(qū)中老年居民脂肪肝患病率的趨勢及其相關(guān)因素。方法選取2009~2013年廣州地區(qū)居民的健康體檢數(shù)據(jù),采用單因素和二分類Logistic回歸進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果老年組(23.96%)比青壯年組(17.91%)脂肪肝患病率顯著高。老年居民中,女性組脂肪肝患病率高于男性組,60~69歲組脂肪肝患病率高于其他年齡組,高血壓組脂肪肝患病率高于正常血壓組,谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶升高組脂肪肝患病率高于谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶正常組(P0.05)。年齡、血壓水平、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶水平是老年脂肪肝的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論廣州地區(qū)老年居民脂肪肝患病率高,影響脂肪肝患病的因素是多方面的,必須采取綜合的防治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the prevalence trend and related factors of fatty liver in middle-aged and elderly residents in Guangzhou. Methods the health examination data of Guangzhou residents from 2009 to 2013 were selected. Results the prevalence of fatty liver in the elderly group was significantly higher than that in the young group (17.91%). The prevalence of fatty liver in female group was higher than that in male group. The prevalence rate of fatty liver in hypertension group was higher than that in normal blood pressure group. The prevalence rate of fatty liver in patients with elevated alanine aminotransferase was higher than that in normal group. Conclusion the prevalence rate of fatty liver in Guangzhou is high and the factors influencing fatty liver disease are various. Comprehensive preventive and therapeutic measures must be taken. The level of blood pressure and the level of alanine aminotransferase are the risk factors of fatty liver in the elderly.
