【摘要】：目的了解2004-2013年安徽省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)丙型病毒性肝炎(hepatitis C,HC,簡稱丙肝)診斷能力的變化,分析其對丙肝病例報告的影響,并預(yù)測丙肝報告發(fā)病趨勢。方法對2004-2013年安徽省丙肝網(wǎng)絡(luò)報告病例數(shù)與具有分型診斷能力的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)進(jìn)行線性相關(guān)分析,并對各級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)報告丙肝病例構(gòu)成比進(jìn)行x2趨勢檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果至2013年,省級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)已全部具有丙肝分型診斷能力,市、縣區(qū)和鄉(xiāng)級具有丙肝分型診斷能力的報告單位分別占應(yīng)報醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)的96.43%、77.09%和13.30%。2004-2013年,安徽省丙肝報告醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)增加與報告發(fā)病數(shù)上升呈正相關(guān)(r=0.992,P0.001)。結(jié)論安徽省丙肝報告病例數(shù)上升與醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)診斷能力提升有關(guān),且安徽省市、縣區(qū)和鄉(xiāng)級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)丙肝報告病例數(shù)在未來將繼續(xù)上升。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnostic ability of hepatitis C hepatitis C (hepatitis C) in medical institutions in Anhui Province from 2004 to 2013, and to analyze its influence on the report of hepatitis C cases. Methods the reported cases of hepatitis C in Anhui Province from 2004 to 2013 and the number of medical institutions with the ability of typing and diagnosis were analyzed by linear correlation analysis. Results by 2013, all the provincial medical institutions had the ability to type and diagnose hepatitis C. The reporting units with the ability to type and diagnose hepatitis C at the county, district and township levels accounted for 96.43% of the number of reported medical institutions and 13.30.2004-2013, respectively. There was a positive correlation between the increase in the number of reported medical institutions and the number of reported cases in Anhui Province. Conclusion the increase in the number of reported cases of hepatitis C in Anhui Province is related to the improvement of the diagnostic ability of the medical institutions. The number of reported cases of hepatitis C at county and township level medical institutions will continue to rise in the future.
