【摘要】：目的觀察多烯磷脂酰膽堿膠囊聯(lián)合決明降脂片治療非酒精性脂肪肝臨床療效及安全性。方法 62例非酒精性脂肪肝患者隨機分為對照組31例與試驗組31例。對照組給予多烯磷脂酰膽堿膠囊456 mg,每日3次,口服;試驗組在對照組的基礎上給予決明降脂片2.7 g,每日3次,口服。2組患者均治療2個月。比較2組患者的臨床療效、瘦素、肝功能水平及藥物不良反應發(fā)生情況。結果治療后,試驗組總有效率為87.10%(27/31例),對照組為64.52%(20/31例,P0.05)。治療后,對照組和試驗組血清瘦素分別為(1.08±0.17),(0.76±0.89)μg·L~(-1),谷丙轉氨酶分別為(50.82±5.59),(34.97±4.03)U·L~(-1),谷草轉氨酶分別為(54.92±6.02),(40.25±4.53)U·L~(-1),總膽紅素分別為(30.11±3.35),(27.89±3.09)μmol·L~(-1),直接膽紅素分別為(18.02±2.01),(13.60±1.67)μmol·L~(-1),白蛋白分別為(35.92±4.45),(42.03±4.70)g·L~(-1),差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。試驗組出現(xiàn)的藥物不良反應有輕微胃腸道紊亂、眩暈頭痛、皮疹,藥物不良反應發(fā)生率為9.68%(3/31例);對照組出現(xiàn)的藥物不良反應有眩暈頭痛、眩暈頭痛、皮疹、肝硬化,藥物不良反應發(fā)生率為22.58%(7/31例),2組藥物不良反應率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論多烯磷脂酰膽堿膠囊聯(lián)合決明降脂片治療非酒精性脂肪肝的臨床療效較高,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the combined Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules Jueming Jiangzhi tablets in the treatment of clinical efficacy and safety of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods 62 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver patients were randomly divided into control group of 31 cases and 31 cases in the experiment group. The control group was given the Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules 456 mg, 3 times daily oral; in the experimental group, the control group based on the given tree Jiangzhi tablets 2.7 g, 3 times a day, oral.2 patients were treated for 2 months. The clinical curative effect of leptin, compared 2 groups of patients, the incidence of the adverse reactions of liver function and drugs. Results after treatment, the test group total effective rate was 87.10% (27/31 cases), the control group was 64.52% (20/31 cases, P0.05). After treatment, the serum leptin control group and test group respectively (1.08 + 0.17), (0.76 + 0.89) g - L~ (-1), alanine aminotransferase were (50.82 + 5.59), (34.97 + 4.03) U - L~ (-1), aspartate aminotransferase (54.92 + 6.02 respectively.), (40.25 + 4.53) U L~ (-1), total bilirubin were (30.11 + 3.35), (27.89 + 3.09) mol - L~ (-1), direct bilirubin were (18.02 + 2.01), (13.60 + 1.67) mol - L~ (-1), albumin were (35.92 + 4.45), (42.03. 4.70) g - L~ (-1), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The drug adverse reaction in the experimental group appeared to have mild gastrointestinal disorders, vertigo, headache, rash, the incidence of adverse reaction was 9.68% (3/31 cases); the control group appeared adverse drug reactions were dizziness headache, dizziness, headache, rash, liver cirrhosis, the incidence of adverse reaction was 22.58% (7/31 cases), 2 groups of adverse drug reaction rate had no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion high clinical efficacy Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules Jueming Jiangzhi pill in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver, high safety.
