【摘要】：目的比較系統(tǒng)性自身免疫性疾病乙型肝炎病毒感染特點(diǎn)。方法回顧性分析2012年1月至2015年2月就診于我院的兩種系統(tǒng)性自身免疫性疾病患者的乙肝標(biāo)志物檢查結(jié)果及人口學(xué)資料。自身免疫性疾病包括系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡(SLE)和類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎(RA)�？ǚ綑z驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡組和類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎組乙肝表面抗原陽(yáng)性率、表面抗體陽(yáng)性率、e抗體陽(yáng)性率、核心抗體陽(yáng)性率及標(biāo)志物全陰性率是否存在差異。結(jié)果系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡組HBcAb陽(yáng)性率、標(biāo)志物全陰性率與類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05), HBsAgP日性率、HBsAb陽(yáng)性率和HBeAb陽(yáng)性率差異比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論較類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者,系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患者機(jī)體對(duì)HBV清除能力可能更強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the characteristics of hepatitis B virus infection in patients with systemic autoimmune diseases. Methods Hepatitis B markers in two patients with systemic autoimmune diseases from January 2012 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Fruit and demographic data. Autoimmune diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus (SLEs) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Chi-square test for hepatitis B surface antigen positive rate in systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. Results the positive rates of HBcAb and markers in systemic lupus erythematosus group were higher than those in rheumatoid arthritis group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rate of HBsAgP and HBeAb. Conclusion compared with patients with rheumatoid arthritis, patients with systemic lupus erythematosus may have stronger clearance ability of HBV than patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
