【摘要】：目的研究普通人群中正常SUA與非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的關(guān)系。方法收集22209例正常SUA體檢者的臨床和生化資料并通過腹部B超診斷NAFLD。按照是否存在NAFLD分為非NAFLD(Non-NAFLD)組和NAFLD組,按照性別特異的SUA四分位數(shù)分為4組(Q1~Q4)。結(jié)果本研究人群中NAFLD的患病率為20.9%。隨著SUA水平升高,各組年齡、BMI、SBP、DBP、TG、TC、LDL-C、Scr、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)和谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)均升高,而HDL-C降低(P0.001);Q1組至Q4組,NAFLD患病率逐漸升高(分別為12.3%、16.0%、23.0%和32.6%,P0.001);校正性別、年齡、BMI、血壓、血脂后,多元Logistic回歸分析顯示,Q2~Q4組NAFLD患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較Q1組分別增加24%、43%和94%(P0.001)。結(jié)論普通人群正常范圍內(nèi)SUA的升高與NAFLD密切相關(guān),可能是其發(fā)生的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between normal SUA and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAF LDD) in the general population. Methods the clinical and biochemical data of 22209 normal SUA patients were collected and diagnosed by abdominal B-ultrasound. According to the existence of NAFLD, they were divided into non-NAFLDD group and NAFLD group. Results the prevalence rate of NAFLD was 20.9 in this study group. With the increase of SUA level, the levels of NAFLD in all groups were increased, and the levels of NAFLD, alanine aminotransferase (alt) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were increased in all groups. However, the prevalence rate of NAFLD in P0.001 / Q1 group and Q4 group increased gradually (12.3%, 16.0% and 32.6% P0.001 respectively), sex, age, blood pressure and blood lipid were adjusted, and the prevalence of NAFLD was increased gradually (P < 0.05), respectively, after adjusting for sex, age, blood pressure and blood lipid, the incidence of NAFLD was significantly higher than that in control group. Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of NAFLD in Q2Q4 group was 24% higher than that in Q1 group. Conclusion the increase of SUA in normal population is closely related to NAFLD and may be an independent risk factor.
