【摘要】：目的:觀察雙歧三聯(lián)活菌輔助美沙拉嗪治療難治性潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(RUC)的臨床療效和安全性。方法:78例RUC患者隨機(jī)均分為對照組和聯(lián)合組。對照組患者給予美沙拉嗪腸溶片1 g,餐前口服,每日3次;聯(lián)合組患者在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予雙歧三聯(lián)活菌膠囊420 mg,餐前口服,每日3次。兩組患者療程均為8周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效、治療前后各臨床癥狀評分、疾病活動(dòng)指數(shù)(DAI)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)水平,記錄復(fù)發(fā)情況及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:聯(lián)合組患者總有效率顯著高于對照組,復(fù)發(fā)率顯著低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后兩組患者各臨床癥狀評分、DAI、CRP水平均顯著低于同組治療前,且聯(lián)合組低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。聯(lián)合組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:雙歧三聯(lián)活菌輔助美沙拉嗪治療RUC的療效顯著,可降低患者復(fù)發(fā)率,且安全性更好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bifidobacterium trifida plus mesalazine in the treatment of refractory ulcerative colitis. Methods: 78 patients with RUC were randomly divided into control group and combined group. Enteric-coated tablets 1 g, preprandial oral, The patients in the combined group were given 420mg bifidobacterium trifolium capsule three times a day three times a day on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed and the clinical symptom scores before and after treatment were observed. Results: the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment, and the level of CRP in the combined group was lower than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the efficacy of bifidobacterium combined with mesalazine in the treatment of RUC is significant, and the recurrence rate of the patients can be reduced. And the security is better.
