【摘要】：目的:通過測定不同分型的急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)患者的血清中白介素-22(interleukin-22,IL-22)以及超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hypersensitive-CRP,hs-CRP)的水平,探討人血清中IL-22、hs-CRP在AP疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展中的變化及其臨床意義,為AP患者進(jìn)行臨床診療等方面提供新的思路。方法:采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)測定13例重癥急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)、22例輕癥急性胰腺炎(mild acute pancreatitis,MAP)患者及25例健康對照受試者血清IL-22、hs-CRP的水平,并將各組之間的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析比較。結(jié)果:(1)SAP組和MAP組患者血清IL-22水平明顯高于對照組,且SAP組患者血清IL-22明顯高于MAP組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)所有AP患者血清hs-CRP水平均高于健康對照組,且SAP組患者水平明顯高于MAP組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);(3)所有實驗組(SAP組、MAP組)患者血清hs-CRP水平均與血清IL-22水平成正相關(guān),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.血清IL-22可能參與了AP發(fā)病的發(fā)生過程,對于其疾病診斷可能有指導(dǎo)意義;2.血清hs-CRP可能與AP的發(fā)展存在一定的聯(lián)系,可能對判斷AP炎癥程度有一定意義;3.血清IL-22可能參與hs-CRP的代謝調(diào)節(jié)過程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes and clinical significance of interleukin-22 interleukin-22 (IL-22) and hypersensitive-CRPhs-CRPP in serum of patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) by measuring the levels of IL-22hs-CRP in the serum of patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) of different types, and to explore the clinical significance of IL-22hs-CRP in the occurrence and development of AP. Methods: enzyme enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) with double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent Assay Elisa was used to determine 13 cases of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) and 22 patients with mild acute pancreatitis (AAP) and 25 cases with mild acute pancreatitis (AP) by using enzyme enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) with enzyme enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) for clinical diagnosis and treatment of AP. Serum levels of IL-22 hs-CRP in healthy control subjects, Results the serum IL-22 level in SAP group and MAP group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the serum IL-22 level in SAP group was significantly higher than that in MAP group. The serum hs-CRP level of all AP patients was higher than that of healthy control group, and the level of SAP group was significantly higher than that of MAP group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) the serum hs-CRP level was positively correlated with the serum IL-22 level in all the experimental group (map group). Conclusion: 1. Serum IL-22 may be involved in the pathogenesis of AP. Serum hs-CRP may be associated with the development of AP, and may have some significance in judging the degree of AP inflammation. 3. Serum IL-22 may participate in the metabolic regulation of hs-CRP.
